The Escondido Tamale Festival is a celebration of Tamales and all the great Latin foods that have become iconic staples of California's culture. It is also a look back at the history of the Spanish and Mexican settlers who built the framework for this great state. The intent is to shine a bright light on those who have influenced and contributed to our multicultural community, and to show appreciation for the traditions which have so positively affected Escondido.

The 4th Annual "The Grand Woofstock" is coming! This is North County's Premier Pet Festival held in Grape Day Park in Escondido, Saturday, 9/24/16 from 10:00am - 4:00pm.
This family-friendly, dog-friendly event is FREE to the public. This years event will be "Outta Sight"! We will have pet contests, EPD K9 demo, "Ask a Vet" booth, "Ask a Trainer", over 60 vendors selling unique dog related products as well as people FOOD from our local gourmet food trucks!
